TrackFlow

TrackFlow ("the App") is a personal expense tracking application developed by the Developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data. The Developer is committed to protecting your privacy. TrackFlow is designed to collect no personal data on behalf of the Developer. All data you enter remains under your sole control.

TrackFlow does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information with the Developer or any third party. The data you enter (daily and fixed expenses, subscriptions, categories, notes, dates, and your settings such as base currency and exchange rates) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and, if you are signed into iCloud, synced privately via Apple's CloudKit service (iCloud private database). This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is accessible only to you. The Developer has no access to this data at any time.

If you are signed into iCloud on your device, TrackFlow will sync your data across your Apple devices using CloudKit (iCloud private database). This sync is performed entirely within Apple's infrastructure under Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). If iCloud is unavailable or not enabled, the App automatically falls back to local on-device storage. No data is sent to any server operated by the Developer.

TrackFlow requests access to your device camera and photo library solely for the receipt scanner feature. When you use the receipt scanner: - Images are processed entirely on-device using Apple's Vision framework to read the amount, merchant, and date. - No images are stored by the App beyond the active scanning session. - No images are transmitted to any server. Camera and photo library access is optional. You may decline these permissions and still use all other features of the App.

On devices that support Apple Intelligence, TrackFlow uses Apple's on-device foundation model for Smart Suggestions: suggesting categories, filling in an expense from a sentence you type, dictate, or paste, reading receipts and pasted renewal emails, writing period recaps, and answering questions about your spending. This processing happens entirely on your device. Nothing you enter is sent to the Developer or to any third-party AI service. You can turn Smart Suggestions off at any time in the App's Settings; the App then uses its built-in rules only.

When you use TrackFlow through Siri or the Shortcuts app, your voice and requests are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and the App receives only the request needed to complete the action (for example, the amount and note of an expense to log). To let you find them in Spotlight and Siri, the App adds your subscriptions and recent expenses to the Spotlight index on your device. This index stays on your device. You can turn off expense indexing in the App's Settings.

Subscription renewal and free-trial reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are not sent through any server. You can turn reminders off for each subscription in the App, or for the whole App in iOS Settings.

The App creates a PDF report or a CSV file only when you choose to export one, and hands the file to the sharing option you select. Home Screen widgets read only the summary figures the App shares with them on your device.

TrackFlow contains no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or any third-party tracking libraries. No usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral data is collected.

Your data is retained on your device and in your private iCloud account for as long as you use the App. To delete all data: - Within the App: go to Daily tab → ⋯ menu → Reset Data. - To remove iCloud data: go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → TrackFlow, and delete the associated data. - Deleting the App from your device removes all locally stored data immediately.

TrackFlow does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The App does not target children and does not contain content directed at children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
